Girard lettings is a professional letting company based in Newbury Berkshire. I rang to view a property late morning on a Thursday and viewed the property later the same afternoon. I was met on time and having shown my interest was informed that they would come back to me the next morning. The next morning I was advised I was accepted for the property and would go through referencing. The referencing took around 3 hours and was completed by the Friday. I took the property on the following Tuesday. The two ladies who facilitated everything was Jo and Sue and I was informed every step of the way what to do and how to do it. I can't thank Jo and Sue enough for all their hard work and making what is normally a stressful time an easy and stress free process.
