TENANCY SET UP ONLY
£300 plus VAT (which is equal to £360)

INTRODUCTION ONLY/FIND A TENANT SERVICE
75% of one months rent plus VAT (which is equal to 90% including VAT) subject to a minimum Fee of £600 including VAT

(Our fees will be payable whether the Tenancy continues as a Fixed Term or a Periodic Tenancy)

LETTING SERVICE WITH TENANCY SET UP
75% of one months rent plus VAT (which is equal to 90% including VAT) subject to a minimum Fee of £600 including VAT

LETTING AND RENT SUPERVISION WITH TENANCY SET UP
75% of one months rent plus VAT (which is equal to 90% including VAT) subject to a minimum of £600 including VAT
Monthly commission of £25.00 plus VAT (equal to £30 including VAT)

75% of one months rent plus VAT (which is equal to 90% including VAT) subject to a minimum of £600 including VAT
Monthly commission of 6.5% plus VAT (which is equal to 13.8% including VAT)

LETTING AND RENT SUPERVISION WITH TENANCY SET UP AND FULL MANAGEMENT
75% of one months rent plus VAT (which is equal to 90% including VAT) subject to a minimum of £600 including VAT
Monthly commission of 11.5% plus VAT (which is equal to 13.8% including VAT)

MANAGEMENT SERVICE
Monthly Commission of 11.5% plus VAT (which is equal to 13.8% including VAT)

ADDITIONAL SERVICES FEES

  • Singular Tenanted Property Visit for non managed property - £72 including VAT - Visit the property whilst tenant(s) are in occupation . Provide a report detailing any tenancy observations or maintenance to the Landlord.
  • Void Period/Refurbishment Visit - £72 including VAT – Visit the property during void period to check security, read meters, check contractors work and provide photos where necessary.
  • Check Out Service - £300 including VAT – Discuss check our report with tenant, propose deposit deductions, negotiate disputes where possible and to obtain tenants written confirmation and instruct the DPS accordingly to return funds.
  • Court attendance - £240 including VAT per half day- To attend Court Proceedings relating to Evictions & Notices.
  • Service of Notices - £90 inc VAT – To serve Section Notices and Rent Notices
  • Deposit Registration Only – £36 including VAT- Available as a stand alone service to register the deposit with the DPS (Deposit Protection Service)
  • Deposit Dispute Preparation - £240 including VAT- Preparation of documents, files, photos, reports, Agents Comments and any other evidence to be submitted to the DPS for Deposit Arbitration.
  • Tenancy Renewal Documentation Only - when a tenant is not introduced initially by
