After spending many years leading an ISO standard customer service support team, for a large local corporate company, Jo decided that the time had come to change direction slightly, use her extensive knowledge of delivering good quality customer service and join forces with her big sister Nicola to help develop and grow Girard Lettings.
Born and raised locally and with a keen interest in property (inherited from their bricklayer dad no doubt!), Jo has a wealth of knowledge about Newbury, Thatcham and the surrounding areas, a good eye for what tenants look for in a home and a genuine drive to supply a high standard of customer service.
In her spare time, Jo is an avid mountain biker and successfully competes in Downhill and Enduro events and is also a Supporting horse rider for The Light Cavalry division of the Honourable Artillery Company based in Windsor Great Park.
