Girard Lettings was founded by Nicola in 2011 after her work and experience within local Estate Agencies since 1985.
Determined to create a unique, personal and professional letting agency for Landlords and Tenants, Girard Lettings soon became an established and well regarded industry leader with high company values and remains committed to driving up industry standards.
A member of Propertymark for over 25 years Nicola remains driven to provide knowledgeable services at highly professional standards with an emphasis on individual needs and customer service. Her approachable manner and ability to offer bespoke services ensures each client benefits from her knowledgeable and hands on approach.
Having her sister Jo join her at Girard Lettings in January 2022 has added an additional dynamic of strength, stability and personal commitment helping drive her passion to do the best job possible, lead with high personal values combined with professionalism and a “can do” attitude.
Living locally, married and with 3 sons a varied and busy family life is enjoyed.
